Quick and easy to navigate on the site
We are looking for replacement filters for a spiropure 3 stage RV system and have called customer service 4 times trying to find the correct filter that actually lets water thru the system. The first and 3rd filters flow fine but can't get water thru the 2nd stage. So whenever the design team reconfigured the filters they changed something from the original that made it not function anymore. Or- we were given the wrong numbers and customer service does not know the correct part #. So either communication or training would be helpful to prevent the frustration we have experienced from happening to anyone else.
I purchased my refrigerator filters about two years ago and was pleased with price and quality of filters. I expect this order to be as good as the one before.
