I had to return them because once they were inserted into the slot, they would not turn to seal. Also, the return/exchange process was not easy and I was informed that I can only receive a refund one time. Therefore, I will not be ordering anymore filters from All Filters.

All Filters sends me a reminder every year to purchase filters for my refrigerator without which I would surely forget — just one email. No new one on my box every day for weeks. Just one. This year I purchased my filters a bit later than usual but as always for a great price. They fit my appliance perfectly and do their job.
