We had a shipping problem with Fed Ex and All Filters work hard to salve it. This year I reordered from them as they took care of me last time. This time the product got here in good condition.

The good news is that your filter prices were good and that one box of filters were delivered on time.
The bad news is that contact by me had to be made to customer service in order to have the 2nd box of filters shipped in which that deliver was approx 3 days late. Not sure who dropped the ball but lets hope that this isn't common practice by All Filters.
