I now downgraded my 5 star review to 2 - reason? I did answer that I recieved my order and then - even though I did not sign uo for a review because that is obviously not possible - gave it a quick 5 stars and did not fill in the time consuming part. Tried to finish it off, but it requures ti fill everything in, not just stars. So I just quut the page, thinking that was it, but no, I got another nail asking if I got my order and taking me exactly to the same survey page, so now here is my time wasting response, love the product, but please stop the stupid super customer review stuff, giving stars should be enough!

These filters do the job well. I struggle removing and installing them. Whirlpool's fit is very tight. But once installed, the flavor of the water is good, and hopefully it's removing most of the lead in our water.
