I've ordered from All Filters many times so it was tough giving a less than perfect score. The water filter was fine but the air filter was just thrown in the bag. There was no packaging and the meter used to see the lifespan of the filter was missing. I'm hoping this was a onetime experience.
Box had one dent/small hole punched in but the dent did not affect the filters. Getting these filters do my home undamaged in the past has been a challenge. Thank you. I did not need to contact you with any complaints. I will continue to order through All Filters.
