Needed to order the filters, but did not need so many. Only need to change ours 4 times a year, and the huge box of 40 will last us 10 years and hard to store the big box. Too expensive to buy each time from the company we got the filter from. So wish at least half the amount, like 20 filters, could be purchased, but couldn't find way to order any less than 40.
Husband ordered before. No issues; cheaper than on Amazon. Just wish did not have to buy so many; only use a few times a year, so 40 will last 10 years, and have limited storage space.

I have used All Filters multiple times. Always the correct product. All Fitlers sent me the correct product when the refrigerator brand company sent me the wrong one and I still await refund from the refrigerator company

I wish I could see previous orders on my account when I sign in. I mean I can, but they are not clickable. When I cut and paste product names, I still get a dozen results from your search engine. Why can't products have unique product numbers and why can't I click on the links from the previous orders page? And/or have a "you last ordered this on date" notice when I get to the right place. I'm still not sure I ordered the same things as last time because one product has two different names in code and in English. Frustrating. Don't most people just want to reorder the same filter media?
I always have bought the LG filters but they've become pricey. So I decided to try the generic brand to see if they're as good. It's working well so guess I will continue to buy them.
