I've been trying for years to fix the water issues here. We purchased a softening system that left us with sofr water + much iron sediment. We already had a filter, but it didn't capture all of the sediment. We were directed to get a second filter. That didn't fix it. The softener company suggested a duel gradient filter. It has to be changed every 4 weeks to keep up. The softener company price was too much. Hence the All filters quest. We hopefully will get the desired results with a lower price tag.

My experience with the sales team was fine but when my product arrived, the box was busted open. The filter itself frame was fine, but the middle of it was bent and a partially broken, but I need them so I kept them. I was very disappointed that the box came in such a poor condition.

The item I ordered was lost in shipment due to being poorly packaged. I texted All Filters and they immediately reordered the item. My follow up conversations with customer service reps, Heather and Allie, were great. They were courteous, professional and informative. It took nearly 2 months to get what I originally ordered but that was not All Filters fault as it was a third-party item. When the item arrived, the quality was better than expected. I highly recommend All Filters.

Keeping my water and air filters changed regularly is important. I appreciate the quality of these filters and I wonder if that's why my fridge is still working 2 years after the repairman said it would quit!
