A little difficult to navigate and locate / match product numbers

Received Bypass plug in a timely manner, however it did NOT clear the "ERR" code on my fridge? Not sure if the RFID chip is bad in this or not? But I had to put my old expired filter back in place just to be able to use the water function of my fridge.
