Refrigerator filter was shipped in a bubble envelope instead of a shipping box like it use to be shipped previously. Filter arrived broken since there was nothing to protect the prongs on the filter. Customer Service was great about responding to my email in a timely manner and shipped out another filter that did arrive undamaged. Im nervous to use All Filters again since they are using bubble envelope/bubble bags to ship filters instead of a box. I dont want to receive damaged products and have to wait for replacements. Please go back to using shipping boxes. Thanks
