Otherwise I have purchased items from aliexpress and some are honest however Mars fashion shop has bad quality items and has fake feedbacks so please stay away from this seller, this seller will ignore your message once you purchase the item and basically just a rip off once he will show you a photo of a good bag and send something else so please be aware and careful I rather advice you to purchase items from another store or seller rather then wasting your time with this particular Mars fashion shop aliexpress seller ice shen

Used both Alibaba and Ali Express so many times... I prefer Ali express more because whenever you decided to buy something there, you can check the reviews from other end users which really is useful... In any case use someone with more experience in the business... like 4 or 5 years and more... (this you can check from the sellers website), if you are dealing with new suppliers its kind of spending your valuable time on explaining again and again... because most of them have poor English. But they keep saying they understand... beware of that kind of miscommunication so that you wouldn't end up with the wrong item... other than that it is great. And as of myself I can say I am now more comfortable with Ali express because I can buy whatever quantity I need unlike Alibaba... Using Alibaba, I think is more useful for people who has big orders... instead of personal use... because most of the time the Minimum order requirement is in thousands... On Ali express you can compare prices and items on the spot... kind of short cut for me... but don't choose free shipping... its like taking forever to get your items... there are reasonably competitive shipping choices and its easier and hassle free. Hope this might help.

Their clothes are in asian size you a comparasion chart for conversion sizes, some orders may take over 2-3 months to arrive its not amazon, and if you are paying $2 for a shirt and $10 for jeans you can't expect it will last like your fav levi's you paid $100 dollars for and a lot of these stores owners don't speak english so keep the communication directly with the store in simple english. Knowing this should help.

I ordered several times from Aliexpress and I had bad experience every time, so now I am no longer ordering from them. The material of the clothes is low quality, problems with sizing, too long shipping time. Maybe they have cheap prices, but for this quality they provide is not convenient at all. The worst that I recommended the page for my colleague at the office, and she was unhappy as well with the first product she got. I feel sorry for that.

I ordered 5 2XL cotton khaki shirts from the ProPro store of mainland China through Aliexpress. The shirts are brown, the material is a poly-blend, and although they are labeled 2XL which is a 50 inch chest they are more like a 38 inch chest. Even with photos supplied Aliexpress sides with the seller. And by coincidence my credit card was hacked soon after making the transaction. The attached photos show an XL shirt in blue compared to their 2XL shirt in brown AKA khaki

Bought 2 cameras from Aliexpress/COMFAST and paid 162 USD. Seller promised 3-7 days delivery. After one month the goods were returned to seller due to address and phone number seller put on package was complete wrong. There is NO buyer protection in ALIEXPRESS, they judged and will refund me 90 USD, so I have paid 72 USD for nothing. Now after 3 months no refund yet!

Almost a month been in touched with the help center just to communicate with the seller and n my behalf as seller is not responding when asked about the product warranty but nothing happened. Here's the scenario, Bought cctv dvr & works for few days. From seller post there is 1 year warranty. First, seller is answering emails & telling how to trouble shoot technical prob even though in the first place the unit really is the prob not the installation, supporting videos were sent to convinced the seller that it's really the product has the prob. Now they will tell you the unit needs service or repairs. When asked for address, incomplete detsils of return address will be given & no further communications will happen. Delaying until such time the warranty period will be over. How sad that ali express keeps on telling that we value their customers & understand the situation but no actions from the concern dept even woth consistent follow up with help center

Buying from Aliexpress is a frustrating experience. Half of the items you receive will be total junk. It's a toss of the dice whether the item will be of quality or pure junk and you cannot tell from the photos. There is also the possibility they will send you a substitution item that you do not even want. Going through their dispute process is a total hassle and that's also a toss of the dice as to whether you will get a refund or not. I'm not even bothering with them anymore as a source of merchandise. It's exhausting and a time waster dealing with their vendors

I"ve been buying on Ali for several years, { hundreds of items, thousands of dollars} the odd time it went wrong, However the last 6 month's there; s more not arriving as there is arriving, buyers ALWAYS looses the dispute unless seller agrees to refund, which is usually not the case.
Even many sellers with good reviews have gone bad,, once a dispute is opened you can not post feedback anymore, so you will only see the tip of the iceberg in the negative feedback.
So far shipping using more expensive sources are still arriving { ups, ems, dhl etc}, china post and alikes china airmail, half of shipments do not make it to Canada

Added info, i found out several sellers with very good feedback use the blacklist or some kind of a different button, to blacklist a buyer as soon as there is any kind of problem, so you cannot put any negative feedback on their store, this way they manipulate the rating score of their store.

My experience with ali express was really good. I ordered over 200$ worth of clothes and shoes. The shoes were true to size and I was impressed w/ the quality. BUT some of the dresses were teeeeeeny tiny and see through, mostly the white ones(you would nip thru). But overall, It worked out for me, it all was really trendy and came as advertised! Just be cautious if your a bigger girl bc shirt sizes run really small. Also shipping time blows it took forever!

Just like Ebay or Amazon, there are many sellers on the website so you have to be careful. Look for the number of orders, overall ranking of the seller. Of course the shipping is extra-long... I plan 3 month in advance when buying items. Be "extra" careful when buying clothing because sizes and manufacturing process vary greatly in that area but the shoes I bought were always the right size and there is of course money to be save.

Is Aliexpress safe? Their market capitalization is bigger than Walmart and they own 5% of Groupon. The biggest issue would be customer service because they are all the way around the world and don't speak english.

Sill not sure, look on the web for some honest review with lot of experience.
