Aliexpress does not have live agents that you can speak with they only have a chat room that is hard to get to. They do not resolve your issues or have any explanation for whats going wrong with your case. Its like they dont keep past records. So, every time you must send a re-explanation of your situation. They should keep some sort of file system. I shouldnt be telling them the issue they should be telling me. If you sent me an email about something, your agents you should have some sort of account of this information.
I use Aliexpress for drop shipping on my online store. After placing 13 orders with no dilemma, my account was flagged for security reasons of which I resolved by submitting the proper documentation to prove my validity. I received an email form them on December 15,2016 stating, Thank you for uploading your documents. We were able to validate your transaction and are happy to let you know that you can start placing orders on AliExpress.com again. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Well sure enough when I tried to place my order for the same jacket yesterday on December 29,2016 I received the same massage after my payment was submitted accepted and withdrawn from my bank account. The very next day I got an email saying we are sorry to inform you that we have to cancel your order for security reason, and they were requesting the same exact documentation. When I contacted the chat room about this matter the lady had absolutely no explanation for why my account was flagged. At the very least they could have pinpointed the reason for my account being flagged. DO NOT do business with this company it is too much headache. This is not the only issue Ive had with them I have also had issues with refunds as well. Which is probably why they flagged my account because I gave a bad review, however I was just stating facts that were backed up with evidence.
Ordered a watch that arrived in a box that was damaged. The watch did not work, there were no operating instructions in any language other than Chinese, the tool to replace the battery was rusted, and the screws holding the battery container were stripped. This should be an easy return. AliExpress made the process of getting my money back very difficult. Only one issue could be addressed, only three photos permitted to prove your case. Despite that the seller finally agreed to refund the full amount I paid for the watch and to refund my shipping costs when I returned the watch. While I was waiting for my refund AliExpress stepped in, settled the dispute and sent me a check for $12. Given the seller was prepared to return the full amount plus my shipping costs I am very suspicious of what AliExpress did. I spent $70 on a watch that did not work and shipping costs to return it and AliExpress thinks I should be refunded $12. Do not expect customer service or fairness in any dispute with this company.

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. We have tried to order archery equipment. The sites is clunky and takes a long time to submit your order only to have the payment rejected the following day. The appeal process is a dead end too. I'll get it elsewhere and advise you to do so too.
Anyone can sell on AliExpress. Kids even. Zero seller criteria, so buy at your own risk. OK, so that I knew all along, but felt protected with AE's dispute process. Well that ended when they changed their dispute process recently. Less options in the drop down menu so you have to select the closest one and if not accurate, you lose the dispute. Oh, and the live customer service, most are useless scripted responses with little to no knowledge or ability to solve your issue. And the NEVER contact you back when they promise they will. Been with them for 5+ years and was A3 level buyer, now never using AliExpress again! Same stuff on Amazon for a few $$ more and you get much faster with better buyer protection.
I ordered my light in October waited for it for almost 30 days open it and it is missing parts tell the seller he says I have shipped them wait another 30 days no parts file a claim sent them all the things they asked for. Close my file no parts no money what a scam still no parts I will never buy from this site again I am going to post this on every site in Canada About Aliexpress rips people off!

I made the mistake of buying a spare battery for my ebike on Aliexpress. They sent me the wrong battery which would not fit my bike ($345). They would not send me the right one even though they had them in stock. Aliexpress buyer protection was a joke. They gave me 500 characters to state my case. I couldn' t talk to a human being. They ruled against me, the seller kept my $300 and I threw the battery away because it was useless. Aliexpress only cares about the sellers. Buyers beware!
Ordered stuff from 14 different sellers in a short period. Half of them did not come after 2 months.
Bought 2 cameras EKEN from ATPowers, who had the best feedback and proposed from EKEN forum.
He send me 2 cameras with issues, probably from factory. I keep one, the seller refund me 20 $, the 2th returned back and received as replacement another model, used and bad repaired!
So, I make a dispute. But the Buyer protection is a Joke! Its only seller protection, they proposed to refund 12 $, or to returned back and loose 20$ (the cost of shipping).
This was my 1th and last order from Aliexpress.
Also be carefull at the good feedback of sellers, they ask to write good review in exchange to refund part of the payment.

Sent in exact measurements for a dress, dress came incompletely off measurement by over a foot in length. Bodice over 7 inches too big.
Sending back was not an option due to cost of US shipping and 3rd world post beyond that.

Bought two rifle scopes that were advertised as first focal plane scopes. When I received them they were second focal plane scopes. Contacted seller and ask for refund, buyer refused refund. Turned it over to AliExpress for refund They wanted photos to back up my claim. I told the them I could not photograph the inside of the scope. It takes a better camera than I have to photo the reticle of a rifle scope.

We are a 5 years old Aliexpress client. Huge story but we will try to short.
We purchased a Cube tablet from "Shenzhen Senyong Electronic Technology CO., Ltd." (http://senyong.aliexpress.com/store/*******). - Manager: Weijie Huang.
The tablet received, stopped working after few months but outside it was brand new.
We forced to send it back to China (Why God?) we paid all shippings and after 2 months we received it absolutelly damaged, scratched and not working.
We believe that the seller never took the tablet to the Cube company to fix it.
Seller is a liar, scammer and their reviews are fake.
DO NOT BUY from Shenzhen Senyong Electronic Technology CO., Ltd. He is the WORST Seller and we lost 300 Euro.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store.
