I am generally satisfied with this company, but this year I see that the company favourite sellers than their customers which they pay for her.
The website is full of bad sellers, scammers and robbers, aliexpress can not control them at all, and finally their judgement never delet them and it favorites them on disputes.

AliExpress is really a top tier site. It gets a bad reputation for cheap chinese stuff, but really if you know what your buying and do the research, most of what you'll get is great quality.

And if it isn't? They have awesome buyer protection. In almost all cases you will be offered a refund even without sending the item back if it's truly not as described. Or at least a partial one if something you'd keep anyways.

Took forever to receive infact gave up on them ever getting here so contacted the supplier who really couldn't say anything except be patient which didn't help. And really didn't help at all apart from the odd stupid email. Everything else arrive weeks earlier i had ordered.
Gave up on them. One day they arrived. Instructions are in very very small print and don't help, but if you can get over all that the itags do work.

Packaged in a bubble wrap bag & postbacks were bent. Companies need to use more bubble wrap or piece of styrofoam to stick the postbacks in so they don't bend.
