I've been shopping on Aliexpress for over five years or so (perhaps longer), and over the years I have seen an improvement with their customer service, quality of products and faster shipping times. I have bought all kinds of items from headphones to household goods. In the early days the quality was questionable and the delivery was very slow, but I guess that I take into consideration how cheap the products are and it's a case of you get what you pay for. However, over the last few years there has definitely been an improvement with faster shipping, better communication and a higher quality of goods. Have a Paypal option has really given me even more confidence to purchase goods. The only other criticism I have is that they do tend to show photos that do not appear to look like the product photo, but having said that, the items received are generally good.

I have given Aliexpress a five star rating, only because of the major improvements they have made. I would recommend buying from them.

Aliexpress changed its policy of disputes, at least for Spain. I had been warned, but now I have suffered, in my last claim they sent me a broken spare, after trying to send the video that they asked me for PC and not being able, on the fourth attempt with the mobile application I sent it, all for giving the reason to the seller and ask for another video, which now is impossible to send. In short, the unprotected buyer and the scammers have realized that they are at ease. After 150 orders and have the great honor of being a diamond customer, but two scams followed, have made me leave this platform. I only got the tantrum of sending the video to the seller's personal email, suggesting what he could do with my money. If someone is curious in the YouTube search engine "scam aliexpress my response to the seller".

Ik ben zeer te vrede met het aanbod en service van alieExpress, ben tot op heden toch al iets meer dan 2 jaar lid en heb tot nu toe nog maar zelden problemen gehad. Loopt er dan soms toch eens iets fout dan kan ja altijd en dat 24 op 24 chatten met een medewerker (klein min puntje kan enkel in het Engels) Voor mij geen probleem maar kan me voorstellen dat dit niet voor iedereen zo is. Ze doen er echt alles aan om een oplossing te vinden lukt het toch niet (heb het 1 maal voorgehad) betalen ze je geld terug dank zij de goede kopersbescherming.De verkopers op deze website zijn zeer vriendelijk en je kan bij hen altijd terecht met een eventuele vraag over een product (uiteraard ook in het egels) TOP.

I ordered many things via AliExpress. Because it was very--or quite cheap.
But it is quite hard to find good seller--I mean most of them were genuine seller and they were working hard to make best price.

This is happening because of too many fake--Chinese product. One good example should be fake memory card like MicroSD card.

So if people carefully find product and check out seller's feedback, it will be fine. I mean you can buy items which probably cheaper than anywhere else.

Free shipping takes very long--like more than 3 weeks to 7 weeks or sometimes, took more times--because of Chinese holiday and when shipping problem occur in the country. Oh, forgot to mention that sometimes, free shipping can be quite fast--less than a week or 2 weeks.
Also seller offer different shipping method for your convenience--sometimes cheap and sometimes not so cheap though.
