Totally hopeless - the goods were counterfeit and royal mail demanded a customs payment, not mentioned at time of order - i refused the goods. No way on ali express dispute system to mention this - the system is clunky and works badly. I will get a chargeback from the card company but all a lot of hassle - don't use them!

I have ordered both from Amazon and Aliexpress from Bangladesh. The Amazon shipping charge is almost equal to the product price.
