Terrible service, the worst customer experience you can get, no real support, they just ask you to send you screenshots dozens of times and do not try to deal with problems at all.
And there are lots of problems, lots!

I had a problem with one of the theme and contacted the support. They are super fast and prompt in reply (considering the time zone I am in). They quickly send over the solution and have my problem fixed! While most companies can developed and sell themes but prompt and professional support is few companies can do that. Alidropship company does that pretty well!

I never regret my purchase of SEO Starter Pack. They always delivered what they promise.

I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars because Yaros reached out to me promptly and went above and beyond to offer me a partial refund. That is commendable. To anyone looking to do dropshipping business, ask adequate questions before signing up.

I definitely recommend Alidropship. You can get help from their team on Facebook, messenger, their website, and even on WhatsApp. I have my online store also created by the Alidropship developers. The store is very professionally designed and there is a great number of amazing products. I would recommend Alidropship for everyone who wishes to engage themselves in the dropshipping business.

I met a conflict issue after I bought alidropship plugin. It conflict with my existing plugin:"Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce". It is Renee of alidropship team help me to figure it out. Because of the conflict, every variable product that I import from aliexpress has no thoumbnail image. Now after disable the "Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce" plugin, the issue resolved. There is a remaining issue that my own product lost the capability to show variable product in the swatch as a color, instead of a image, especially this is necessary for clothes. I hope in future alidropship plugin can compatible with that plugin "Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce". I know this has been beyond Renee's work scope. She is already excellent very much!.

Highly reliable technical team! I have zero IT background and I always have difficulties working on these plugins. The team never disappoints me in supporting my technical issues and always doing their best in understanding my problem. At 1st I bought just the plug-in and install it myself. They have been with me every step of the time. However, I switch to Custom Stores as I need their professionalism in building my store. I had another technical difficulty recently, and I just elaborate on the issue and they efficiently resolved it. I'm really happy that it solved as the problem is making me feel annoyed with my incapabilities with IT.

Is you're starting your business from nothing, I think Alidropship is the best option. You can make your store yourself or buy a ready-made store. I decided to try the first option and really impressed with the plugin from Alidropship.

Truly helpful tool to manage your business. I am using the alidropship woo plugin and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Syncs with woo commerce perfectly, provides with all the necessary features. Also decided to add sellvia to my purchase, exploring it as well. Seems pretty decent.

Requires very little effort while providing you with a ton of amazing features and products. I've checked many reviews before buying it and everyone was saying that it is the best plugin for dropshipping from aliexpress.
