I appreciate the ease of use and an alternative to the billionaire backed big corporations. However, the similarities are a bit unnerving, I must admit.

Alas, I am allergic to one of the books I ordered---this is a risk of ordering used books. The book is likely contaminated with pet dander. Sigh and Aargh.

Finally received my DVD (a week late). No fault of the vendor- Canada Post chose to really crawl and send it all over the country. Looking forward to watching it on my larger TV.

When I tried to create an account the system made it very difficult to create a password. I decided it was too much trouble and signed in as a guest.

Very happy to find this book and even better it was brand new and at a great price. Could not ask for anything better.

My credit card needed to be updated but the only option seemed to be click on ADD A NEW CARD. Finally had to try that. It could have been made clearer.

I was looking for an out of print book and Alibris had it. Price was good. Everywhere else the book cost hundreds. Thanks, Alibris.

I use Alibris when I can't find a book via the library or other sources that are free or low cost. Books that are out of print and hard to locate a copy of I can usually find here, and pick the quality/condition I want. I don't have time to go to thrift shops and peruse the shelves, although I would like to. Alibris is a place I can quickly find the book I am looking for at a decent price.

I have good experiences with Alibris. The books were cheap, about the same price as Amazon, the descriptions match pretty good, and if there is a delay, they send out an email letting me know about it.

The shipping is little slow because it usually arrived toward the end of shipping days. The earlier it arrived, the better.

I just love this website! It is incredibly easy to use, prices are fabulous, and I just recommended you to all my friends!

Alibris has helped me obtain older books that my library doesn't have. I'll continue to use the service to avoid buying anything on Amazon.

Got the most wonderful book from Alibris, in a few days, in perfect condition, a national bestseller for only 5 bucks. And it turns out to be the best collection of short stories I've ever read; not even Hemingway's short stories for pathos, or Joan Silber's for humor exceed Sightseeing by (are you ready for this?) Rattawut Lapchaaroensap, the Thai-American writer. Absolutely enchanting stories about really crazy and often wonderful people who are both easterners and westerners, living knowingly in two worlds at once, yet able to feel not just see all our foibles, failures, fantasies, and just plain funny souls somehow surviving all of us together!

Easy, reasonable, reliable. I've ordered books from Alibris for the last twenty years (since college days), always find what I need. Thank you
