Excellent service. I've always purchased book using Alibris. They offer rare and very good books. I highly recommend it to everybody.

I got my used book for $35. Initially I was scared that my book's water damage, as described, was going to be horrible but in reality, the book looks good as new!

I was given a 5.00 discount code but I could not use it as there was no place to put a discount code.

Clean covers and page edges, and a fairly tight binding. However, I personally would not have marketed the book as "new" with the first 45 pages full of orange highlighting.

It is not easy to find books in English where I live and Alibis saved the day. I found all the titles I was looking for and received all the books in perfect condition. I will shop again.

I like the trackable shipping option. Option of PayPal is convenient, too. Might have been nice to know the impact of tariffs had the book been shipped from EU or Canada.

Alibris has always been a great experience, if not 44 Charing Cross Road in atmosphere then darn close to Frank for diligence and that magical bookstore for selection.

I received an email asking for feedback on a book I ordered almost a month ago. It would have helped if the email had listed the book, instead of just an order number. I spent quite some time tracking down what book it was.
I don't mind, at all!, giving feedback, but don't waste my time by giving incomplete information.

Alibris has filled the gap for manga shoppers since the major manga seller in the U.S. has started delisting many titles, especially in the shoujo, josei. And seinen demographics. (Not that I'm hating on shonen, but I'm a middle aged lady so josei and seinen are the most likely to have the stories I'm interested in now.) I also appreciate the sensibly packed shipping method.
