It showed up in the mail it came with postage and everything

My only complaint is that you do not include the titles in your request for feedback.
I buy lots of books from Alibris (LOVE y'all!) and I rarely spend the time to look back to even see what book you're asking about, so I rarely do these reviews.
I advertise you to everybody.

The book order was around March 3 and I did not receive it until around March 17. That is my only complaint, and I guess that is not really the fault of Alibris.

Easy to navigate. Haven't searched a title that I couldn't find, and ranking system for the titles is much more reliable than other sites. Kudos

I like reading banned books and things of that nature and this was one of the few places that had what I was looking for. Overall very satisfied thank you.

I always check with Alibris when thinking of buying a book: huge selection, easy to find best option, quick checkout, typically prompt shipping. No problems.

You offered me a $5 discount if I signed up for texts, but when I returned to my cart, there was no space in which to enter the code.

This seller listed her book as "good condition" —- NOT! The book should have been rated "poor", ie. It had various colored pen doodles and comments throughout; margin and sentence underlines, etc. Misrepresentation by ANY seller hurts Alibris, other trusted sellers. Recommend her receiving notice or suspension from selling….

Very straight forward, easy to order the book I was looking for.

Loved the prices and some items shipped very fast with updates. Other items shipped incredibly slowly. Postal service was great but getting some items to the shipper took a lot of time.

I have purchased many books on this site over many years, and continue to use it as it is easy to use and my experiences with respect to cost, timely delivery and expected book condition and content have very good, with only one or two exceptions.

Such a pleasure to browse and shop at Alibris! I was surprised the Australian film "The Getting of Wisdom" (1977) by Bruce Beresford is a rarity. That is a wonderful movie, beautifully made! Hope more copies (DVDs!) turn up later. It needs to be preserved.

I'm tired of all the "privacy" procedures required with online purchases. I think it has gotten out of hand. I have 3 pages (typed) of passwords, which is impossible to remember, not to mention "user names". And I'm tired of having to prove I'm a human, not a robot, and selecting all the bicycles in the array of pictures. By the time I'm logged in, I've forgotten what I wanted to order! Several times I gave up and checked out without buying anything. There has to be a better way!

Alibris is awesome, okay? Out of print? Unavailable at my local library? The only alternative is to feed the beast? Alibris fills so many needs. I used to live near Powell's Books, the city-block-multi-level maze in Portland OR. But I don't anymore. So Alibris is my country-wide, multi-store source. You want it? They can get it.

Easy to find, lots of sellers. Variety of conditions, Easy to filter. Past experience has been excellent. When buying form multiple sellers, options to combine and reduce shipping costs. A great service.

I have found good used quality medical and other books on your site in the past

It would have been nice to get this survey closer to the time I actually received the books. The email said wait 24-48 hours (why not send the email later?). I ended up waiting 72 hours before the books arrived. The books were in good shape, no damage because of shipping. They were the books I wanted, so I'm happy with that.
