Easy ordering and fast delivery. Pleased with the transaction.

It was hard to find where to put the coupon code. I think it qualified for cherry blossom tree, at least the cherry part. I don't know why I have to put 50 characters in. The coupon code needs to be earlier in this process rather than after the words submit order.

Lovely. Alibris is always my preferred choice - I've never had problems with delivery and product quality has always been well within the reported level. Even factoring in tax and postage, the price is generally still lower than I'd pay if I shopped in person.

Navigating pages was easy as was using the Search for the specific book I needed for a study.

The sight kept kicking me back. I wasn't sure if I paid for it or not because I selected payment and then it kicked back again saying chart was empty. Had to go all the way back into the store and find it again.

The search using only two words brought me to exactly the book/instructional manual I needed. Very pleased, highly recommend.

It said if I signed up for texts I'd get a $5 off coupon. Once I did the coupon was only good if I spent over $45 which is not what it said. So I did not get the $5 off and signed up for texts. A bit frustrating

You do a wonderful job of providing a great variety of books at reasonable prices. In general, shipping costs have greatly increased across all fields of merchandise.
I experience frustration with this on a regular basis. Your shipping seems to reflect real costs and that is helpful.
