Poor Customer Service
October 15, 2022
Ordered a book here and was told it would be received by 10/7. I inquired twice of customer service and never heard back. The book actually arrived on 10/13. We are located in Southern California and Alibris is located in No. Ca and the vendor in Denver so no unusual or out of the way addresses. The only good thing was that the book arrived in excellent condition.
