At first, they came across as friendly and professional, which gave me some confidence. That changed fast once the payment went through. After that, communication basically stopped and no one bothered to follow up on my case. I paid $500 upfront and got absolutely nothing in return. It feels like money thrown away with no accountability. This whole experience left a bad taste, and it came off as unethical and unprofessional. I'd strongly suggest avoiding this company.
