As a first time user of akrontickets I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. Specifically, Adriana Rodriguez went out of her way to make sure that my order was corrected despite my mistake of ordering 5 tickets, instead of the planned 2. She stayed in prompt, continual contact with me, and above all else, it was important to her and the team at akrontickets Seats to make sure I was pletely taken care of. Now I get to go enjoy the concert with all of my friends - I cannot thank you enough! -Doug
