I had ordered a product on 17th Nov & still not got the product. Raised a complaint on 6th dec & they said will be solved by13th dec. Still no resolution they closed the complaint saying resolved. I raised another complaint on 29th dec & that was closed again on 3rd Jan saying resolved. I called their customer care no response. I waited for almost 15 mins on the line with no one to talk to. Now i still dont have the product & i have paid for it almost 1 & half months ago :( . Really frustrating. No one even called from Ajio to check on my issue... complaint #s COM*******350 / COM*******828

AJIO is a big cheater! The shopping experience is seriously disappointing and shocking!

The AJIO status shows as delivered and I have not received the product

Have called on *******991 and wrote emails on *******@ajio.com. Their customer care is the worse. If I check the app, all the complaint numbers (COM*******395, COM*******157 & COM*******749) are automatically closed without any emails/msg/calls without addressing the issue I have raised (just for sake of closing customer tickets).

I will never buy anything and will not recommend buying any product from AJIO

I've ordered 2 separate packs of briefs from Ajio and received the orders. In the first order I had received the briefs with wrong size and wrong colour. In the second order I had received only one brief in a pack of 2. Called the customer care nearly 5 times. Each time I've waited for half an hour for them to pick the call. I've got no resolution from them and 3 of them had abruptly cut the call without intimation and 1 asked to hold and went away. I've waited on the call for another 20 minutes. Such a worst experience. I personally don't recommend this unprofessional site to buy anything from them. Founder being a top class business magnate but having a pathetic ecommerce store.

Even after multiple emails and multiple calls, I did not get the refund of the items I have already returned. Also, th e items are showing as return cancelled. There in no sync between the company that pickups the items and ajio. Would not recommend to buy stuff from ajio because of kiosk in refund process

Ajio is the worst and spam platform for online shopping with pathetic & useless customer service. Because even if once your delivery or pickup get stuck due to any reason they won't be able to resolve the issue. They will keep on giving excuses and you will lose your money. Ajio will never call back for any update, you have to chase them each and every time. It's been more than 2 months since my return pickup is pending. Whenever I call they give new excuses.
