Be aware of bookings. Booked a stay in Lebanon Missouri for two months and had to pay in advance. We had a family emergency dealing with Covid and had to cancel. The host refused to give us a refund and airbnb was of no help. We are now out $2400 with no way to recover it. Airbnb only sides with the host and has no concern for the guest. Called costumer service and was told payment is made to host at time of booking and we would have to get it from her. Host was totally unwilling to give refund and then booked our stay to another party after we had to cancel. She not only took our money but someone else's as well.
