I ordered some winter yoga pants and while I did get them, it appeared they sent a child size and not an adult size. When I tried to exchange it, they wouldn't exchange it and would not offer a return. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
I ordered a product about 3 months ago, and never received it. They send the odd reply back and it's always from a ‘Lucy', and always the same wording in the letter. Saying that a tracking number will come soon and then it will be 3-5 weeks after that!? When ordering it said 3-5 DAYS. I have asked for a refund and not had any reply, then they message to say it's been shipped out. That was 6 weeks ago and I still have not received ANYTHING. Not even a reply, nothing. It's a huge SCAM! They are con artists. Stay away guys
You have to be nuts to buy anything from this scam business. I was one of the nuts. You order one thing & they send you something else then tell you to ship it back at your cost.Don`t know what PAYPAL can do but am going to find out.

I ordered for a tablet PC and USB keyboard on June 02,2013. They charged me AUD 120 but never shipped the commodities. When I followed up in the month of September 2013 they say that they shipped the items. In addition to that they are now asking USD 60 for reshipping. I already paid for the shipping cost. How many days will they survive by cheating innocent and humble customers? Is there no law to stop their illicit business? Please be careful.

Even one star is too much for this company. Please do not order from these people or your money is gone. I ordered an item back in May and it still hasn't arrived. There is no response on follow up emails.

I purchased two smart watches from Happy Deals as gifts. Both stopped working. I returned the second one in August and till today I have not received my refund. I have contacted happy deals over 20 times and they were always confused about the situation. I have emailed numerous times and was told that they did not receive my watch. Upon calling yet again I requested that they check, they had it there all along! I was promised a refund and am still waiting. Every time I call to find out I'm given promises that it will be done the very same day. 3 months have gone and still nothing. I have spent more airtime calling these unprofessional people than the actual refund. I have requested to speak to the manager but my email was just ignored.

Ordered an item from Walmart supplied by this vendor. Item was advertised as a set and pictured that way as well. Received one item and was told by vendor that's the way it comes as indicated on the box that I received and not the item as pictured on Walmart's site. Efforts to resolve were fruitless and I was told that I would have to pay to return the item. Classic case of false advertising and poor customer service.
I bought a cellphone from them for 200= $300, took 74 days to arrive and it wasn't working. I returned it and they only refund me 90. Don't waste your money and time.
I bought Blackview Alife phone about 9 months ago, not working now, I contacted them now x2 and no answer.
Complete waste of money and waste of time with these Chinese companies.

Hi Folks. I've read many negative reviews about this company, and while some of them might be true, let me tell you about my eperience. I purchased an item from a Company Called (Rose Gal), and guess what lol. Yep, same company as Gearbest, TrendSale, and all the others mention in previous post. Looks like they change Names or add different companies ever so often. I have to say though, I actually received my items in a reasonable time frame.! Yeah Me! :). I bought a Sweater, and some cool pants. I got them two weeks later. I was very Surprise, actually I was amazed how quick they arrived. The items arrived brand new, just as advertised, and I Really enjoy wearing them. The only complain was. Although I really emphasize the SIZE, (XXL), I still received SIZE XL. The tag said XXL, but who you fooling, it was still XL and to small. So, instead of going through the hassle of paying for shipment to return, and the headaches of getting a Refund, for the the item. I kept them. I lost the weight instead :). I really liked the design of the items, and the way they looked, You have to admit, some of the items on that website you really gotta have lol. So I ate healthier and exercised more (Lost The Weight). The company I used is Rose Gal, it's the same company like the others but, I'm guessing they are newly created, and might be trying a bit harder than the others to make a good impression. They did with me and I would probably shop with them again and keep my fingers cross that they get the SIZE issues corrected. Hope this helps somebody. Delivery was super slow. They were quick to respond when I threatened to withhold my PayPal payment for a product that had been in the "shipping" process for WEEKS. I had filed an incident report with PayPal so I guess that got their attention. So I FINALLY received the merchandise to find it cheaply made and ridiculously small even though I ordered it TWO SIZES larger based on my experience with other sellers like this. So I went to contact them and the e-mail was returned undeliverable. Shameful and I would NEVER buy from or even think of recommending them ever again. $15 lesson learned.

ahappydeal.com, gearbest.com, everbuying.com, everbuying.net are all the same company. I am pretty sure they have paid people to post the positive reviews, they only allow positive or relatively neutral reviews posted on their site. They sell cheap, more often then not, faulty merchandise. When you have a problem with it (an you will) they will break the law and not take it back despite UK law now stating it is required for online retailers to take returns without even needing a reason for any online purchases within the first 14 days of receiving the goods. They instead offer only store credit so you can buy more of their cheap goods. If you insist on returning it they will make you pay to ship all the way back to China. So basically if you order from them you'll end up losing money and more importantly lots of time from your life.
Very unhappy with my purchase from ahappydeal. I ordered an oil diffuser from ebay for a Mothers's Day present and the product is in another country and has not shipped yet. I have never waited this long to receive a package. Very disappointing.
