They let me sit on a 1500eur item that was never worn due to wrong size. This was a birthday present for my wife which I had ordered well in advance, and yes their return deadline was over. But still just blockimg me on an item this price is beyond words
Agent provocateur online store is the worst retailer on earth. They don't reply to your email only if you have given a bad rating. You will never receive your money bad! Almost 1 month waiting for the refund!. If I don't get my money back by end of this week I will call my lawyer. An online retailer must arrange the refund within 14 days per law!
So good products! Thanks, hubby very happy. 4 stars because it still quite expensive! Do more discount! At least sales more often!
I have been a fan of L'Agent and have purchased they underwear many times before. Unfortunately, Last time I purchased few items on jun 9, and I received my package on Jun 22. They sent me the wrong size, so I emailed and left them a massage few times to return my package. "Aisling Murrihy" from agent provocateur emailed me back and gave me a permit to return my items. I returned all the items back on June 27 and they received the package by July 7. However, since then I haven't received any money back from them and they refused communicating with me after they received my package. I do not recommend to buy anything from this compony specially online anymore.
