Perhaps I've never been so enthusiastic about art as on the site of Leonid Afremov. To be honest, I found it quite by accident. Though friends told me about this artist, I've never seen his paintings. Well, they surprised me a lot - and of course I bought a few paintings on the site. All of them were of excellent quality! I advise everyone to buy at least a few works by Leonid Afremov.

Very disappointed. I chose a piece for its calmness and soft palette - away from the normal bright and chaotic colour. It came to me as a typical afremov replica - converted from the soft colours to the over the top brightness of reds and royal blue, rather that then soft hues of the picture.

Last winter I visited Jerusalem. This holy place inspires life in people. I decided to visit this place when I looked at the painting flowers of Jerusalem. Some works from it belonged to Afremov. The most beautiful and attractive for me is Alley by the lake. It produces the impression of absolute tranquility and peace. Recommend to all who is devoted to art.

I love modern art very much, but I always thought that now it's quite difficult to find paintings on ordinary subjects – landscapes of some beautiful places, for example – but there are a lot of such paintings in Leonid's collection! And of course, I have already bought several of them and have never regretted it. On the contrary, I want to buy a few more of these paintings for my children who live in a separate house!

It requires some professional skills to depict people. And it is rather hard to show people's emotions through colors. Afremov is one of the artists who could do it. It's a SCAM. The artists is dead. His sons are running the business. They say they are selling away Afremov's original paintings which he has made as copies for galleries. It's a big scam. Obviously, he's not crazy to draw multiple copies of the same painting, and you can't buy his original painting for the price they sell it. Once you order, someone from their studio paint a copy, which looks simply like a joke. I asked them to send me a photo of the painting before sending it. As soon as I saw it I asked for a refund, which they did. But, they never replied to my email. The copy didn't have the pallette knife strokes of Lenoid Afremov. It's just painted by a brush and put some dots over it to show it as a pallette knife painting. It's simply a joke. BE CAREFUL! I post the original painting and the photo they send of my order.

I have found that Afremov created some works not in original form. I am driving at his section known as Circle Giclee. Round paintings are rather unusual. I can hardly remember any professional artist who can create something close to it. Unusual structure only emphasizes the uniqueness of the artist. It is like a camera shot taken just on the spot. Absolutely unforgettable.

We ordered paintings by Leonid Afremov several times. Of course, at first it was a little scary because we did not know how well the delivery service worked. We were decorating our studio and we had to meet the deadlines. Our delivery was only a few days late due to bad weather, but we were given a discount on our next order!

When I first saw his painting Freshness of cold in the evening, I was captured with awe. During our really hot summer, I immediately transferred to the boulevard depicted in the painting. It is fantastic.

I have been acquainted with this artist quite long ago. I was always admired by his masterpieces. Recently I have opened a new category of his. His black and white paintings really surprise me. The combination of black and white and colors look absolutely magnificent. This is an unusual approach that makes incomparable contrast. It is hard to find other artists who could create something similar.

Due to circumstances I had to change my place of living several times. I have always wanted to get something that reminds me about my home town. The painting Town where I grow up reminds me my picturesque nook where I was born.
