I'm really into Afremov's art, when I first saw his paintings, I fell in love. Being able to paint such masterpieces with a spatula is the pitch of perfection. I presented my wife the 'LONELINESS OF AUTUMN' for our anniversary. The painting is an accurate reminder of how we met: a park bench and rain. She was thrilled!

I'm engaged in equestrian sports, and my friends have recently presented me some artist's painting called 'WITH MY HORSE'. I really enjoyed it and started wondering who the artist was. Turned out, it was Leonid Afremov. It's a shame he's not with us anymore, but it's amazing that his studio exists, and the paintings can be purchased. By the way, the paintings are quite inexpensive and accessible to anyone because that was the painter's wish.

I noticed a fascinating and unusual painting in my friends' dining room. I asked her where she found this painting, and that was how I first got to know the artist Afremov. The friend told me about the website where one can look at the paintings and purchase them, and I disappeared there for a few days. I bought a beautiful still-life called 'FONDNESS' for myself.

Last year, I decided to start investing in some good art. And my choice fell on Leonid. His art is authentic, but it doesn't feel outdated. It's an example of modern art, that reclaims oil painting traditions. This is what art should be!

Couldn't decide between two paintings, so we ordered both! The first one fits in any interior, since it's not very colorful, and it has softer strokes. In turn, the second one is brighter and dramatic looking. Both are lovely!

I've searched for an artist who still makes oil paintings, but I wanted something special in terms of style. So I've found Leonid Afremov studio and bought one of their beautiful works for myself, and another one for my sister. We both love it!

I bought in total 5 large paintings and 7 small ones. Due to lack of space on the wall I also bought about 6 pillow cases. Each one of them paintings make me happy every time I look at it. Too bad I don't have more space. The colors are extraordinary bright and alive.
I recommend everyone to buy one or two or more.

Bravo, bravissimo – these are the words that come to my mind when I look at the Afremov's paintings. And this painting is not an exclusion. Just have a look at this slim girl. She is gliding over the surface.

I was quite hesitant to buy from Afremov.com after reading some of the negative reviews and also a prior negative experience purchasing artworks from a cruise (I got scammed but that's a story for another time), but Roy (the staff that attended to me) was so sincere and helpful that he put my doubts at ease and I ended up ordering 4 paintings at a go. He was very attentive to my requests and clarified whatever concerns I have. His advice and suggestions were most helpful and he personally saw to it that issues were resolved when they arose. I asked for photos of the paintings before shipping and 2 of the 4 paintings were not what I expected and he assisted me with photographs of other paintings so that I eventually got all 4 paintings that my wife and I liked. We had a custom portrait that was nice but not outstanding and he too provided some suggestions and worked with the artist until we were satisfied. The last issue we faced was being hit with an import tax that we were not informed of, but Roy again helped to resolve the matter to our satisfaction by speaking with his boss to offer us credit for the tax instead. I was very fortunate to have Roy attending to my order and his service was impeccable and outstanding. My wife and I are happy customers and we look forward to ordering more paintings and having Roy attend to our orders again :)

The Gateway to Amsterdam is like a photo. I had the impression that I'm standing there by the bridge. Sometimes even photos in HD look worse than this painting. A really talented artist with his peculiar manner.

What can be more terrible than Rainy Wedding? That is the naming of the painting that I liked most. I decided to order it for my bedroom. Though it is raining, the painting is not gloomy. There is something festive there.
