Bicycle company stealing money$$

I bought a bicycle wheel online from a company called Aerospoke on 8/26/2016, since purchased the website almost immediately went down, it came back online eventually but none of my emails were answered, and when calling the phone voicemail has a message dated August 2016. About a month ago the website went down again, and now it is about to go live in two days (they actually have a timer on their site). At this point I would just like a refund, but no kind of communication for three months is horrible.
