Ordered AED from AED Super Store in 2016. Now ordered replacement child pads for the unit. Everyone charges more for a set of child pads, then for two sets of adult pads with a new battery. Only the coupon from AED Super Store lowered the price.

Their site is easy to navigate and check out was quick and secure. However, I was notified after placing my order that there were two issues.
First, they needed a tax exempt certificate for our account. I was directed to a third party website that would obtain those documents. I wasn't able to get through the process due to some questions I had. I called their technical support line and was on hold for 25 minutes with no answer. I finally went through a chat help line and was told I needed to call the technical support line to get my issue settled. No one ever answered it! I finally contacted someone at AED Superstore and they had me send my information to them. Even after all of that I was still charged tax. They did credit it back though after I contacted them again.
Second, after placing my order I was notified that my battery was on back-order. There was no mention of that while I was shopping or at the time of checkout which I would have liked to know. I wasn't too worried since my current battery still had a month left before expiration, but I would have preferred notice before completing my purchase.
Overall, I would say my experience was just average. I'm not sure if I would use them again.
Prices were comparable with other places. Like the quick turn around.
