We were invoiced with sales tax even after we submitted a tax exempt form upon order. It required a call to straighten it out. Otherwise experience was good.

All went great
It would not let me place my order because it recognized my e-mail from a previous order few years ago. I tried to go back to log in - I requested new password link. I created new password. Updated my account information. It would not let me go on to next page because I did not enter the OLD password, Wanted my old password - I did not know my old password, that is why I created a new one. I called customer service. They suggested I close page and start over. This did work. I started over and was able to place my order.
