My package did not arrive on time but when I contacted your customer service they kindly checked the tracking; provided me the tracking information; UPS contact number since it was a UPS issue. UPS had attempted the delivery on on a day the school was closed but had forgotten to re-deliver the package on Monday when the school was open. UPS quickly noticed the problem and resolved it. Service was excellent.
