I ordered the 2160 Econo-VTA-Manikin with CPR Visual Training Assistant on Aug 21,2017. Item was on back order, and I received notice of that shortly after the order. I was kept in the loop and was notiificed when it was hsopped. The package arrived on Sept 5,2017, in excellent condition and everything was working properley. I compaired prices before buying and founrd AED Supertosrt to be the best price. Definitlay will order again.

I personally have not used AEDSuperstore.com before, but the facility had and that made the parts location faster. The tax exempt reprocess seems cumbersome, but given time, it all worked out.
