Easy to order replacement pads and a reminder in the mail when they were due to expire.

I was able to find everything that I need. The only confusion I experienced was with size information with one of the products, but I ordered it anyway. There was a lot in my initial order that was out of stock and back ordered, but I didn't have the time to wait, so that was a little annoying to work around. BUT Customer Service made everything as easy as possible.

The ordering went smoothly as expected.

Sale was seamless, and it was good getting the reminder that our batteries where about to expire.

The only question was our Tax Exempt status - I think we are all set, but I am not sure why I would be charged sales tax only to have it taken off my bill - seems like the online process should account for it.

Other than that, I had no issues.

They were very helpful and caught that I had ordered the wrong defib pad and changed the order for me.
