Customer-service by your rep Nathan was outstanding -- he was very attentive and knowledgeable about the products we were looking to purchase. In addition, we were on a tight timeline to receive one of the items on our list which was on back order. Nathan took measures to ensure we received the product in time.
We are extremely pleased with the service; however, pricing is a little steep for our county budget, but I realize AED is already giving us discounted prices, so presumably there isn't more that can be done on this front...?

The packaging of the product appeared 'aged' - making me question the age of the alarm, which then lends itself to the question of how old is the battery inside the alarm?
