I genuinely wanted support Adventure Scientists because their mission sounded meaningful, but my experience with them was a total letdown. For the first interaction, the staff came across as impatient and uninterested, almost like I was interrupting their day. I tried asking a few simple questions, and instead of receiving help, I got curt, dismissive responses that made me feel like a burden. There was zero effort to communicate clearly or respectfully. The management's attitude was shockingly unprofessional for an organization that claims to value community and collaboration. By the end, I felt completely brushed off and deeply disappointed.
