It is the fraud website. I purchase the product of 4000 rs. But they send a product of hardly of 100 rs. Customer care number is *******671. On whatsApp chat he assure repeatedly that product will be same. Still they different product was sent. Complete fruad. Pls share this review to prevent others from cheating.

I am old customer of this website I bought 5 items from this website each product they send genuine one and very good quality. But I recommend they should look over delivery time cause sometimes I have emergency but it's get delayed. Otherwise their service is really good. Also they send the package discreetly and every product has warranty of 1 year.

Worst Company with No Ethics

Have been dealing with this company for the past 2 months. Have ordered 2 products from them but have received completely different products on both occasions. After raising the issue with several representatives was told on numerous times to BE PATIENT and they will send the correct product by charging more and that its the warehouse problem not theirs. All this comes down to wastage of time, money and patience.
After dealing with them for so long, the review is: THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY YOU CAN THINK OF DEALING WITH. No Etiquette, don't know how to talk to customer, piss poor after sales. More importantly when it is there fault they are not willing to accept it. When you do try to contact them, they ignore your calls and messages.
Overall this company is a FRAUD. Would recommend that DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY WILL SCAM YOU BY STEALING.
OLDEST BEING THE WORST IN THIS CASE.

I have ordered from UAE and the send cheap clothing instead of toy, after waiting long. There is another site called Dubai Besharam same cheters with different tentacles of culcutta based $#*!s. They don't have any product which they are posting. Once you purchase they never attend call. Never ever open those sites and never pay. Best to buy if you are going to another country lik Singapore, you will get reliable products and you can purchase directly and will have peace of mind.

They take ur money via watsup n force u to take different products and never send the product... This toy has literally become part of mine and my girlfriend's relationship.
