Here are the reasons you should NOT buy from this company (in no particular order):

1. The responses I get from customer service are condensing and full of excuses. They actually blamed a family sickness for their ungodly shipping turnaround on their IG page! Is this a company or a day care? Totally unprofessional! "Have a lovely day!"

2. My first order only came with one porch for four earrings. The replacement pouches were mis-matched and couldn't fit in the boxes.

2. The timing of your shipping is horrible - takes over 10 days to receive an order with a 14 day return policy. I placed one order on December 7 and didn't receive the product until December 24. Kind of hard to believe they are based out of New York unless New York is in China.

3. The earrings don't fit a normal person's ear - unless you're are a cabbage patch kid doll. They are impossible to secure and are horrible quality - not worth the price tag at all! Most of the posts on the earrings were misshaped or bent when received.

4. SPOILER ALERT - The wrong earrings were sent in my second order! You may be asking,...Why would I place two orders if I was already frustrated with my first order? Good question, because dumb me thought that I was buying a pair of earrings for that price tag, not one. Admittedly, my mistake, but does not excuse what is to come in my little adventure with ADORNMONDE.

5. After I requested a refund and returned all 8 of my earrings in the SAME BOX...they had the nerve to come back to me and say that they only received 4 earrings YOU COULD NOT PAY ME TO WEAR THESE EARRINGS SO WHY ON EARTH WOULD I KEEP 4? They actually sent me a photo of only 4 pairs of earrings with said SAME BOX in the background!

I wrapped the boxes in brown paper to keep them from sliding around. Either they are too stupid to look under the paper for the other four boxes or they are running a scam and do not want to give me my full refund.

I sit here waiting on bated breath for phone call from them per my request as they do not seem to have one. The next step is to alert my credit card company of scam and let them deal with it.

I purchased a set of cuffs with a pair of earrings.
What is the cuff I've worn and I wear them every day one broke. I threw them out and now my second one broke I was told that this usually doesn't happen but I don't believe them. I shouldn't even read them a one star. Be careful when you purchase these items. See my picture. They are sending me a replacement, but still not worth it.

Unfortunately, my experience with their jewelry hasn't been good. Three earrings broke.They replaced them at no charge and they broke again. Way too over priced for the quality (low quality!). It all may look expensive but not so… Beware.

Actually the items look very beautiful & shiny on the website but when i received it i was shocked of the quality compared to the price, it's very pricey for the low quality & that was my 1st disappointment, then while i am trying to wear it to see how does it look the earing was broken! It's very very weak, i use my jewelry & accessories very delicately and gently thats why i was shocke when the base of one of the two earings was detached as shown by attached photo to my review.

Then something else, the customer service is horrible, my order was very late than the expected & when i was asking by email they didn't respond initially so i had to leave comment on their Instagram account at that time only they responded & they were keep blaming me for sending email to their promoting email not the one for customer service though the confirming email of my order mentioned that email to contact for any queries about my order! It was a mess & horrible experience that definitely won't repeat
