Very easy to order and product exceeded expectations when it arrived. Top quality and well made. Packaging was very classy and had a polished presentation. It was a graduation gift for my nephew and we wanted him to know how much we cared. We needed the bracelet and the gift box to look like we gave him something that was exquisite and not cheap. That's exactly what we got and he absolutely LOVED it.
The bracelet was tiny. I ordered it for my husband but it was really narrow, not for men at all.

Don't buy from this company it's a scam. I made this purchase on May 8th, 2024 for a Mother's day gift, as of June 4th we still have not received it. The next step is to file a complaint with the BBB.
Checking out was difficult, kept having errors, wouldn't and never did accept my promo code, never did it say the free shipping would take over a month! We're over a month since I purchased and still no product!

Product is cheap. Customer service is worse. Only reason I give 2 starts is bc the idea deserves some respect but the overall experience was bad so won't be returning out recommending.

My order was a bithday gift which arrived a month later after the birthday. I was under an impression they were based in UK so made and order 2 weeks before the birthday and paid extra for express delivery, just in case. 3 days before birthday it turned out it was still in China and never even processed or dispatched. I was very angry and cancelled the order. I told them now dont bother to dispatch it, it is too late, and give my money back. After giving a silence treatment, 2 days later got notification it has been finally dispatched. Raised and issue with pay pal that the seller did not fullfill the promise of delivery or order cancellation, forcing me to accept it regardless it way overdue for the intended purpose, and the seller does not want to give me money back. At this point I couldn't win as paypal said it has been dispatched. End of story. Wasted money for the gift not needed anymore. Extremely difficult seller, rarely replying, barely understanding English and very dismissive. Replies were vague and weird, because of used translator. Do not use. Not worth your nerves!
Very helpful and professional with all silly questions I had. A friend had recently received a beautiful plant pot that was customized. I had to have one of my own. I emailed and asked for the exact same product. My prayers were answered and I received the same item. Thank you Adorlla for your services and passion for all the items you provide.
Ordered a photo bracelet for 10yr anniversary. Did not receive expedited as paid for. When I did receive it the picture inside is extremely scratched. I was asked for pictures to send in order to get refund. Really? You'd have to break it. When I try to log in to start return it states I am using spam email. Pretty bracelet but useless. Will not and recommend no future purchases.
Easy website to navigate. Bracelet arrived just as described in the photos. Gift was nice and not cheap looking. Recipient was very satisfied.
This site said it could deliver before Mothers Day and we still have not received our items.
We purchased 7 days before Mother day and paid for expedited shipping to find out that manufacturing took a month.
I do not recommend this site for any type of gifts as they falsely advertise.

Bought a cross necklace which was suppose to have a photo of my love one that I download for them. First the cross was so small and cheap looking. Then I need a magnifying glass to look for the photo which was NOT in the stone as paid for and promised. Bottom line: they lied and cheated me our of my money for some JUNK!
I ordered an item from this company for my fiance. Never received a tracking number. When I tried contacting the company they kept giving me a run around and when I threatened to report them to my bank they promised me to expedite my package, but it never came. Never did I receive my order. Stay away from this site it's a scam!
