I have ordered form VS and now Adore Me. I am hooked on Adore Me and so is my beautiful wife. I surprised her and bought 10 pairs of matching bras and panties from Adore me and she never knew Adore me existed. She is THRILLED! The quality and style of this lingerie is sexy and classy and doubtful I will order from VS again. The prices are super reasonable, the packaging is amazing! My wife was thrilled to open several classy black boxes with the Adore Me logo on them. Then the bras were all wrapped in fancy tissue paper making it seem like a truly romantic experience. My orders from VS show up in a lame plastic shipping bag and the bras wrapped in clear plastic. Love that when purchasing a bra you can order matching panties! What a concept! Instead of having to look in a separate section of the site for that. Makes it so easy for us men! Adore me has flat got it going on! Keep it up and my VIP membership will always be used! Thank you!
I only ordered from "adore me" on two separate occasions and unfortunately I was very dissatisfied both times. The lingerie is low quality, the appearance is cheap, and I had a careless incident occur with my second purchase that caused me to cancel my membership. The bras do run small around the bust and in cup size, so if you do decide to purchase through them, size up. The first bra fit well except there could have been more room around the bust, but during my second wear, one of the shoulder straps broke. When I opened my second package from adore me, inside the nicely wrapped tissue paper was a piece of pre-chewed gum. The packaging the bra and pantie set were in did not appear tampered with, but it ruined my experience with adore me. One good thing I can say is, they didn't hassle with me about canceling my membership, however, my advice, don't waste your money.

Sometimes the unlined bras do not fit me well, but that is my body not product.
AdoreMe is great! I decided to write another review only because I have read many negative reviews and don't understand why?!?!
First, read before you agree to purchase people! It clearly states that you will be enrolled for the auto $39.99 which you can not only skip a month but you can also CANCEL AT ANY TIME, or you can put yourself on vacation(which I have used) I have been a customer for almost a year and have made at least 3 lingerie purchases one which was returned with no issue, and 1 swimsuit purchase. They have always been clear of their policies which is why I ADORE them! Even when I forgot to skip a month I was able to log in to the app and get refunded within a few days.

They fit better and more comfortable than any others I've been able to find
Lots of cute styles to choose from. Only 4 stars though because they have been sold out of a lot of styles in the larger bra sizes. :( other than that great price and fast shipping.

I didn't notice that I was signing up for a reoccurring charge on my credit card when made my first purchase until over $100 had already been charged to my card. I went through a whole ordeal as soon as I noticed the charges, trying to get my money back, but they refused to give me my money back. Now I finally log back in, thinking "well, if they aren't going to refund me, I might as well use the credit I have", only to see that it has EXPIRED! My store credit now equals $0 because I waited too long to use it? I still can't for the life of me find any information on their website stating that you have a certain amount of time to use your credit. I'm beyond exasperated about the whole thing. Shady shady business.

I was a little scared to buy anything like this from somewhere other than Victoria's Secret... and when I received my set in the mail... I FELL IN LOVE. Great product for an amazing price!

I ordered a bra set back in December. I was a bit skeptical at first, but since I was able to get my first set at $20, I thought, why not?
Contrary to what other reviewers are writing, there were several mentions throughout the signing up and checkout process that my credit would be charged $39.95 per month if I didn't "skip" that month between the 1st and the 5th.
The set I received is great. I've been wearing the bra on a daily basis since I received it, and I haven't had any issues with the construction or the material. The bra is true to fit, and the panty fits very well also.

Even though this is a subscription based style of site such as JustFab where you can opt out of the monthly charge if you wish, it is still a very viable site! The items I've ordered have been very cute, soft and stylish as well as good quality. I find their products are true to size (I'm 5ft tall and about 125 lbs - I always order a small) and their site is very easy to navigate, and there are lots of visuals so you can easily see what you're getting. The only downside to Adoreme so far that I can see is their live chat option. This is where you can ask questions about the products and such, so when I decided to try it I asked some basic questions about some of their cup sizes and about a product they offered that looked similar to a delicates washing bag. First of all I had to wait so long for a response to everything I typed I eventually gave up but when I asked about the delicates washing bag they offered the representative had no idea what I was talking about. Not only that but it was quite obvious to me that their grasp of the English language was quite minimal. But with all that being said I still like their products and what they have to offer, shipping times were a little bit longer than they predicted but since they are coming across the border to me here in Canada it is understandable. The items come all nicely wrapped in tissue paper with a bow and packaged in an adorable little box. Nothing has come in squished or bent out of shape. I would probably try out more of their products if their chat service was somewhat improved since it would be nice to ask questions concerning products I would like to purchase before I order them since shipping them back is a hassle as well as expensive. Overall I would have to say it's a worthwhile site :)

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
