Don't order anything from this website. They secretly subjected me to a monthly subscription that I wanted no part of. This website is a total scam. Good thing I caught this otherwise who knows how long I would've been charged $40 dollars a month. Also if you wished to cancel you have to call on the phone which is always a hassle. Most certainly will not be ordering from this website any longer.
The worst part is, I never signed up for this VIP crap! YOU GUYS DID! I never volunteered to have my account withdrawn from monthly! I finally figure out how to unsubscribe from thus thieving, lying company AND STILL haven't received my refund! It's not ok to do this to people!

They keep charging you a memberhsip fee withouth properly notifying. And, onece your found out they are taking money from you and you want to cancel this "membership", all the "store credits" they taken from your credit card, are forfeited. How does this company even still exist?

I wasn't sure that I ordered it in time, but delivery was fast and the fit was awesome! I love the fabric and it just made me feel sinful.
When I first purchased my first item on their site, I did not know they are a subscription based business. They do not mention anywhere that you will be charged monthly. It is 9 months later and today I found out that I have paid them over $350 and I have bought nothing from them. I contacted them and they send me an auto-message saying that I should have opted out every month. How could I have opted out when I did not know I was being charged. I will take this to my lawyer and file a customer complaint with the district attorney. They do the same thing as JustFab and they will pay the price just like JustFab. STAY AWAY!

I absolutey love the lingerie I received from adore me. Fit true to size and looked great. Great quality, especially for the price!
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
