I ordered and paid for 2 day express delivery, but they send it snail mail. I call to find out why and their answer was we will send you an email to track your package. I shouldn't have to track it when it should already be in my hands.

After 5 month i never order anything, i want to cancel cuz i realize i been charge for 5 month for 39.95 each month, i ask for refund, they refuse, they also told me if i cancel it, all my store credit will be GONE TO 0... means i will get nothing... that's just ridiculous, it will also tells u you have 24 hours after cancel to get ur credit back only if u resistant your membership as a threaten... very upsetting. I will now be a memebership, but i won't ever again once i use my credit, i will cancel it and never buy again..

Can't exchange or return items that are on special. Not even clearance or sale so they still have the items and i cannot even exchange for the correct size so they are $10 panties that I can do nothing with.
