It's hard to find bras my size. I love the bra I got and cant wait to see what else I can get.
I'm still shocked, after 5 purchases, how well everything fits. I'm never that lucky at the mall. And the quality is great, especially considering the price. And when I did need to make an exchange on a bogo item (my fault, I ignored their size recommendation) I was connected right away to a polite and helpful customer service rep. Very pleased.

I called to exchange a too small item, and I was told that they did not have any more of that item so I was out of luck. They would not exchange it for any other item, or refund me. Horrible horrible customer service that was incredibly rude over the phone. What kind of company doesn't exchange online orders. Insane! Will not be ordering their overpriced longerie again.
4 packages have been "lost" since January and advice from company was for me to explore. They clearly show not delivered. I have asked for a refund at this point and was told to wait 7 days to hear from company about the refund. I have spent so much time and energy. Should have been a simpler solution. Adore Me take lessons from Amazon

The website is so easy to maneuver. The actual ordering process is so easy and the shipping is quite quick even when just choosing the standard delivery. If you know your size, then it's easy to choose. If you don't then be sure to measure yourself so that you don't have to hassle with returns and exchanges. I got a bra and panty set and I would say they fit true to size and they are so comfortable and sexy at the same time.
