As a woman with a Gcup bra size, it's hard to find bras that fit me, let alone find bras my size that are actually cute. I also bought one of the swimsuits and since my bust is unproportionate compared to my waist, finding a swimsuit that could fit me perfectly Is a blessing. I ordered an item for valentines day about two months ago and when it got to me it fit poorly and looked cheaply made. I sent it back soon after on february 19th. By march 1st I called their customer service having not gotten a notice of it having ben received. I was told off by the representative and talked down too. The third time that I called not only did I receive the same level of poor people skills, but they had gotten the return 20 DAYS AGO but had yet to refund me. An investigation is now underway between headquarters and the warehouse and I will not get my reimbursement for until they have done this. Why am I unable to get my money back because their company is so unorganized? Beyond annoyed and irritated. I now warn everyone not to use this company!
