Ok this is my 2nd review- 1st one was all praises this one not so much! The VIP membership is clearly laid out telling you to shop or skip by the 5 or you'll be charged just to be clear about that. The products are great quality & prices are reasonable. Customer service is helpful for product or stocking questions. However when it comes to why you didn't receive a reward credit or to exchange an item: NOT helpful at all! I have emailed them numerous times for both of these issues & over a week later still no reply- yet they flood my inbox with the same sets (most same as last month maybe 2 new sets) daily. As long as you order the correct size to avoid exchange or refund issues & really don't care if you get your order credits for the buy 5 get 6th free- Highly recommend then. If you want answers for why something is not right: Proceed with caution!

Expect to understand that if you join the website your credit card will be there forever. Even if you unsubscribe and cancel your membership all of your contact information and credit card information will never be deleted from the website. If you try to cancel they will ignore your emails. If I am going to cancel something I always like to do it in writing. After six months and three emails I called them and was able to unsubscribe however all of my personal information including my credit card is still on their website and they will not remove it.
My husband ordered me a baby doll nightie and a red w/black lace corset. The corset is beautiful and fits beautifully! I have bought corsets before that were about the same price and they didn't fit well or hold their shape. This one does both! I love it!
