I ordered a set in September and signed up for VIP. The set I ordered didn't come even though I payed for expedited shipping. I contacted customer service and they said to wait and it would show up. It never did and I never got refunded. I ended up using my October VIP credit to order the same set and that is the one I received.
The shopping is fun and easy though my sizes are not always available. The bras and panties fit great and feel amazing.
