I love the products but the customer service is awful! And because the customer service is so awful, I will be cancelling my VIP membership and encouraging all of my friends/co-workers to not purchase from them. In this day and age when similar products are so readily available, it seems the company would take more pride in their customer service in an effort to retain repeat customers.
My husband and I race each other to the mailbox to see if a package from Adoreme.com has arrived and it's opened before we make it back into the apartment. As long as we have no guests I'm wearing it before the door closes behind us!
