I am confused about the VIP Membership, and whether I am going to be automatically charged $40 every month unless I opt out each month. I do not recall signing up for this. And if this is not the case, then the emails are confusing...

Needed a new bra to wear under my white and light colored tops. Very comfortable and fit perfect.
I was excited to try the Elite Box and at first it seemed to be going well. However, upon its return the company claimed I did not include one of the returned items in the box. I had included it and there was no way to prove my integrity as I no longer had the box. They did charge me for the item I do not have which made the experience very overpriced for what I actually kept. This is a risk if you buy their box.

I'm very happy with the fragrance i purchased, but i do not like the idea of the subscription model at all. I debated getting the fragrance because it was initially advertised as $30-something but turns out that was with the monthly subscription. Actual price was $40-something. I did not appreciate the deception even if it was unintentional. I was originally going to buy 2 fragrances but couldn't justify at least $80 for 2 fragrances once i discovered the 'true' price. I wish the discovery packs were still in stock - i also seem to remember the discovery packs being around $15 and now they're listed somewhere around $24. It's a shame.

Loved the look and the fit! Wish I could mix and match sizes for tops and bottoms, but I really wanted the tops more than anything anyways.

Everything looked good and the quality was better than I was expecting. The sizing was on the smaller side so I'd suggest sizing up especially for the styles with zippers in front.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
