I ordered 5 sets on February 5th and it was saying if you order within so many hours (don't remember the exact amount) that it would be there in time for valentines day. Unfortunately it didn't arrive and it won't even tell me where it currently is. I'm leaving for a week on the 17th to go to Pennsylvania and I don't want my items sitting at the hotel front desk for a week. I love the bras and panties I've received already and I am kinda hoping that the others arrive before the 17th. If there's any way that you could tell me when they will arrive that would be great

Based on the tracking on the USPS website your package's status is In-Transit and arrived at Post Office in ELKO, NV 89801 on February 16,2018 at 4:26 am.

Packages take 3 to 5 business days to deliver with the free shipping method not counting the 1 to 2 business days processing time in the warehouse. We completely understand how inconvenient this is, we will most certainly investigate with our carrier as this is not the kind of service that we agreed on.
To express our apology in more than just words we have issued $10 worth of store credit to your Adore Me account to cover the cost of a guaranteed express shipping on a future order of yours.
We do hope that you will not encounter similar shipping issues in the future.

The product fit and seems to be fairly good material. It was okay price wise, but it sat in NJ for 5 days... That was super annoying. Thankfully it DID fit, because there is no way I could have exchanged it in time for Valentine's day. Otherwise, great experience and I will making future purchases with them.
