The only reason I rated them a 4 rather than a five is because shipping/delivery is pretty slow. Also, if something is returned/exchanged, there is a re-stocking fee.

I have only ordered from this place once and it was a huge mistake. I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful lace bra and panty set. I got it on time and that was where the positives ended. When I opened it, it was rough and had strings hanging from it. The bra fit true to size but the panties were far too large. It was uncomfortable based on the fabric alone, though. I went back to the site and made a request to return it. They informed me that I would not be refunded to my card but to my account. I wasn't happy about it but at least it was something. I sent it back and once they got it they let me know they would be deducting $6 from the refund as a "restocking" fee. Thanks for the heads up guys. Now I don't want to spend anymore on one of their sets and the money I have credited to my account isn't enough to buy another set to see if they even have anything of quality. Huge waste of my time and money. I will urge anyone who mentions this site to stay away.
